COUPLES THERAPY
Do you find relationships to be complicated?
Do you have a hard time expressing your needs?
Do you tend to drift apart from your partner?
Can’t seem to see eye to eye about anything?
Seem to have different goals in life?
No time to connect?
Feel criticized by your partner most of the time, like you can’t just get it right by them?
Relationships are a core aspect of our adult lives, yet there is no class in High School that teaches us how to build and maintain healthy relationships. The quality of our relationships is linked directly to both our mental and physical wellness. Investing time and energy to learn how to create higher quality relationships is the best gift we can give ourselves and those we love.
ONE-ON-ONE THERAPY
Getting over your ex in the age of social media can be complicated.
Navigating the dating scene in Miami can feel discouraging.
Building new friendships as an adult is not as organic as when we were children.
Setting boundaries with family can leave us feeling guilty.
Making career decisions can feel overwhelming.
Being an adult is not for the faint of heart and I am here to guide you. I am passionate about helping young adults struggling with life transitions and heartbreak. We will focus on your individual needs and unique goals for the future. You will learn tangible tools to promote growth and healing.
FAMILY THERAPY
I provide family therapy to help strengthen emotional bonds, learn conflict management skills, process Transgenerational trauma and educate about mental health concerns. I also work with couples undergoing a separation or divorce to help them navigate their “new normal.” Conscious Uncoupling promotes healing and growth after heartbreak. If children are involved, I recommend Conscious Uncoupling to create a healthy co-parenting relationship.
