Material from this workshop is pulled from decades of research in the field of marital and couples therapy. This workshop is excellent for individuals who are single and dating, as well as, couples who are dating or in a committed partnership. The workshop will be psychoeducational in nature with interactive activities and the opportunity to ask questions.
This workshop is a great refresher for participants who completed my online course. I will go over the same content and include new activities. You'll have the opportunity to ask me questions and ensure you grasp the concepts.
If you haven't taken the online course, I encourage you to enroll, the course is free of charge. Taking the course is NOT a requirement to partake in the workshop.
Materials:
- A device in which you have access to Zoom.
- A notebook and pen/ or pencil to write notes and complete activities.
